I just learned there is a screw to adjust the volume of fuel that will go through your fuel rail. I have been having issues after I got my supercharger working. My car hesitates and will not move past 4500rpm @ WOT. I can partial throttle past 4500 easily. Boost sucks when you get nothing past 4500 rpm. I am going to try adjusting the screw once I get home.

Do you mean on a STOCK fuel rail?

Yep on the stock fuel rail. I adjusted the screw but it didn't fix my problem. I have two washers crammed inside the nut on the end of the fuel rail. Does anyone know if you use a crush washer that will actually recess inside the NUT or do use a larger crushwasher??
My fuel filter PSI still says 100 while my rail says 48 and dips at high rpm. my fuel filter says 100 until you turn off the ignition. So I believe I have blockage somewhere.

That washer is a very thin washer. If you have two fat washer on there, the hole on the banjo bolt is likely not lining up properly with the fuel rail and could be the restriction you're looking for.

The small screw on the filter end of the fuel rail is NOT to adjust fuel pressure... it simply exists to minimize fuel waves (surging from the pump).
Greg's idea is a good one... and I would check one other thing. Make sure you do not have your inlet/outlet reversed on the JR FMU.

hmm! the instructions for the JRSC install on preludes actually tell you to put a big fat washer under the banjo bolt... but i think the outlet still lines up with the inlet on the stud.
jim, have you ever tried on without the "spacer" washer (?1/8" thick)?

Jim and I have been talking about where the fuel hose from the filter connects to the fuel rail.
I believe you're talking about the O-RINGS! (not washers) that go between the rail and the spacer and between the spacer and the FPR.

nope, i am talking about a large spacer/washer which sits under the banjo fitting on the line from the filter to the fuel rail, at the fuel rail side! it's not a crush washer either, it's quite solid.

Actually, I have tried to install the fuel line without this washer... and it leaked. The reason it is necessary is to bring the outer edge of the banjo fitting away from the recessed face of the fuel rail. I do not believe (with regard to the Prelude) that it is a potential obstruction with respect to the hole in the fuel inlet of the rail... the rail's threaded input shaft is longer than that of a "B" series rail.
